The 1995 Cowboys were 12-4 and won the Super Bowl. Two of their losses were to a sucky Commanders team that I believe finished 4-12. Did that matter?

We won the last game and clinched the division title and home field throughout the playoffs.

Tomorrow's game is meaningless. All this talk about "maintaining momentum" is bull. Reminds me of all the crying four months ago when Dallas went 0-4 in the preseason. The Cowboys are going to be spending tomorrow wondering who their wild card playoff opponent is going to be. I'll be spending three hours waiting for the fourth quarter clock to read zero with zero injuries.

Did you REALLY just compare the preseason with the regular season?

Be that as it may, we really don't know whether the game is meaningless or not. It could be a psychological advantage to the Cowboys in that if we go 8-0 on the road, we may be even that much more confident if we have to play two games on the road during the playoffs.

No one can say what the psychological, mental aspects of winning this game may mean for the Cowboys even if their seeding doesn't improve.

Maybe we can put the rest of the players in a padded mental ward in bubble wrap so no one will get hurt. Matter of fact, let's sedate them, you can't get hurt sleeping.

No no guys. Just JG resting guys secretly even though he said he wouldn't.

Literally all season JG has preached being the best version of yourself one day at a time. And in week 17 you want him to get the team to abandon that message and look two weeks ahead?

Clown shoes.

Not at all. It wouldn't be the first time we'd played around with an injury report to give the impression a player might be sicker or healthier than he really is. That's just part of the game.

And this week is obviously not a usual circumstance, no matter what JG says for appearances in the lead up to the game.

There's more crying going on now. You guys can't control it so wipe away the tears.

It will be interesting to see how Ro plays in the playoff game. A lot has happened to break up the rhythm. But he will also be extra rested.
