He's playing with a great deal of confidence.

It just boggles my mind that some fans would actively dislike their favorite team's QB... especially when he's really, really good by all realistic accounts.

I hope their Romo hate is completely spoiling their excitement for the 6-1 start. Does that make me a bad person?

he's making tough throws too, even with the protection

that last drive to seal it was just as much Romo as Murray or Dez

He was 9 for 9 in the second half with 7 of them going to Dez (per The Ticket). Romo is having a hell of a year.

I see it all the time. When you get into a conversation with a fan and it starts off with them telling you that he is less than spectacular, well you should pretty much start talking REALLY slow, because they probably wont understand what you are talking about.

It's crazy the difference a consistent running game can have on an offense.

I'll be the first to criticize Romo when he's missing reads and playing sloppy, but he is playing amazing.

Especially when you take into account the back surgery he has in the offseason. He's making all the plays when it counts the most.

Hoping to be half the man Tom Landry was.

This is really the first year that we weren't one dimensional. There has been too much on his shoulders and now we are seeing what happens when you put a team around him. Great job this year Romo!

One thing I'm loving this year, is that in year's past Romo clock management has been horrendous.

This year he seems to be getting to the line of scrimmage, making his reads and getting the plays off. I mean you can count on one hand the amount of delay of games he has been penalized for. They seemed to happen in the past, like 2 or 3 a game.

That one piece has been an outstanding offseason adjustment and the work they've put in is showing. The O is playing very confident "team" football. And giving Romo confidence is the key to tapping into his potential that we have all seen flashes of, but never got to see it reached.

It's really incredible how much he and Jason Garrett have learned in just one offseason. After all this time.
