Good test takers don't impress me much. Do you want the book smart surgeon or the experienced/ talented/ gifted one performing your operation?

I don’t want a Vince Young type performing my operation. Sure he can run to the O.R. quickly, but he can’t handle a scalpel if his life depended on it.
