Nine pages and no one has come up with a plausible theory. First quarter, fourth quarter, halftime, doesn't matter - Romo almost never gets the RTP calls. Why not? I would think nothing of it if it were close, but it is absurdly way off from other quarterbacks.

I'm fresh out of ideas on this issue. I hate to think there is some league bias against Romo. Also there are all these articles about how the refs and the league carefully grade the officials performances, so what is happening? Are they looking at the film of all the late hits, helmet to helmet etc. on Romo that we have all seen, and thinking those are good "no calls?"
