Fully on board and will be regardless of Tony's bad games. He's the best QB we've had in here since Troy and I'm not about to go through another long period without skills at the QB position. If Rex Grossman can take a team to a Super Bowl, I have no doubt that Tony can.

I think we go as far as our defense carries us this year.

LOL @ top-5 qb. (barely top 15 at this point) but inept coaching is a major factor...

with a REAL COACH/OC then Romo is not really an issue.

Romo is stupid with the football but our coaches are more stupid for allowing him to be in position to be so careless and not recognizing when he's having a bad day. You'd think with a decent OL and 3 good RBs (and real FB) we'd adjust but nope.

Party pass?:)

Standing room only and in the back of the bus. Some of us are willing to stick our neck out and support our QB. Those who want to stand around were not much of a fan to begin with.

ON.
I reserve the right to become very angry when he turns the ball over in stupid situations.

Just for fun. Are you on the bandwagon or off...

I am most certainly with these guys, driving right next to babe.

I am on the wagon. I always knew we would lose that game to the G-men, but the fan in me was still angry beyond reason at the way we lost it. Jimmy brought up a good point this week about Romo, I only hope that Garrett was listening and can keep Romo from trying to do too much to win the game.

Im still on the Romo bandwagon. He frustrates me at times, but I still think he can get the job done.

I don't believe in bandwagons, that is for homerific fans of players. I am a fan of the team always have been and always will be...

Never have believed in Romo, he has the talent but lacks between the ears... As for the team, until we get a defense that can play with any consistancy, doesn't matter how consistant the QB is.

I'm on.

Is he perfect? No.

But there aren't too many I would rather have than him.

I took up for Bledsoe until he threw the pick just before halftime agains the Giants. Screamed the whole halftime that I would put Romo in, even though we didn't know much about him, he couldn't be much worse than DB and it was time to find out what we got in Romo.

So when he started the 2nd half I was fired up, and I was there at the Carolina game when he got his first start.

So maybe I am biased towards him a bit. I still know that he will continue to improve, and until we find someone who is better, I am on the Romo bandwagon.

Actually only the 3rd pick against the Giants bothered me.

The first one, .. those just happen, could happen to anybody.

The 2nd one, unbelieveable bounce. Won't happen very often.

But the 3rd one can't happen. You just can't make that mistake, especially after already having thrown 2 pics.

We have scored over 30 both games this year. Romo is not the problem.

The defense can't stop the run and the pass in the same game, don't have a sack or a turnover.

Is Romo perfect? No, but let's fix the defense and then see how good we can be moving forward.

Great post. Couldn't have said it better myself. I also believe I'm a little bias because he was such a breath of fresh air after what we've endured at the QB position.

3rd INT was inexcusable and probably cost us the game. But it's a play that happens to all QBs on occasion.

I'm on record as saying this was Romo's worst game. All things considered. Pass protection, run game support and even the defensive support.

27 points aint bad considering the 4 TOs. I loved all the red zone stops we made and how well we played the run. We had good pressure and good coverage on lot of plays. Sometimes you just have to credit the competition. Manning had one of his best games and made some perfect throws down filed to WR's who were covered well. He also performed very well in the pocket under duress. Everytime we got pressure, he's get rid of it just quick enough.

The one point of fault I will lay on the defense was with the Giants max protect plays. We were terrible adjusting on the fly to that from what I could see. Too many defender covering nobody as some of our DBs in single coverage were burned bad by double moves.
Really hope they get that worked out this week.

Still on the Band Wagon for sure.

Where did I say you could not have an opinion? I'm sick of over reaction fans but never said they had less of a right to express their own views. As for what you can do with your cowboy gear I could careless. You get sick of hearing this stuff well I get sick of fair weather fans.

No, no, no: it's a perfectly legitimate thread. And interesting. It just makes me sad that a roll call about whether or not our fans support a very good home-grown probowl Cowboy who's a good person and should be a role model for the league makes a viable poll question.

Didn't say you did, only commenting on the fact that you make it sound like if someone has a different opinion then yourself, they are not a real fan. That is a joke.

A fairweather fan is a fan that cheers for the next great winning team when their "current" favorite team isn't doing well.. Or, a fan that stops watching their team because they are stinkin up the joint.

Big difference then not liking or not being to trusting with a player on the team.
