Romo Didn't Like The Call

4:30 left in the game. 3rd and 1. Cowboys call time out and discuss the play to run. Cassell, Linehan, Garrett, and Romo in a group discussion. Romo shakes his head and rolls his eyes and walks away. Cassell goes back out to throw a pass Dez dropped. If you recorded the game, look for it. The disgust on Rom's face was obvious.

Hey Cooter...good seeing you about.

As to Tony Romo, he probably puts much more life into offensive play, than do all of the coaches.

What the hell does that have to with anything? My point is why did we have to rely on a 12 yard throw to the back shoulder in the first place on 3rd and one? Why is that even an option?

Who said we relied on it? That was who was open on the play and not the entirety of the routes run. Who is to say Witten didn't run a 2 yard route in the flat like you wanted? You cannot even comment on what the other guys did.

Romo does not roll his eyes and the conversation has clearly ended. Nobody is talking except Cassel said something.

Its a 4 sec frame taken completely out of context. Romo may shake his head about the game in common and not a decission they made. To me that makes much more sense and fits Romos mimic much more.

But thats it: Trying to create a controvers story out of nothing.

Yeah, you're not helping your case. No one said that other receivers weren't running their routes. But if that is the play you have to make the throw for on 3rd and one because no one else is open, your play calling and scheme sucks. Sorry.

Back shoulder fades aren't low percentage or QB wouldn't do them so often. Its a hard play to defend but all y'all talking about its low percentage smh

Any play that involves tight man coverage is a low percentage play. I'd rather go for the wide open guy, or the guy that has a step or two on another guy. Just saying

Better to run it, you have 2 downs, if you dont get it go for it on 4th, have 2 run plays called so no hesitation.

Dude, there's always one of you. Everyone in the world seen it. They talked about it on the radio, we talk about it here, it's not even a thing that can be kinda created. He didn't like the call, from the time it came it, until the time it went out, it was easily seen.

Mickey said on Talking Cowboys that Dez told him after the game that he just has not been himself.

I really think the whole thing with JJT and the media has gone to his head and he cant focus on just the game anymore.

He needs to get his mind right, it's called being a professional. I can't go into a courtroom without my A game or my clients will be screwed and I will be out of a job.....

I hear you bro................Dez is defiantly not himself, when have we known Dez to not even jump for a ball?

JJT got in his head this week and it affected his game................he needs to get right for next Sunday.

DFW media has to be some of the worst in the nation. They hate everything here. Apparently they don't pay enough or have enough perks to attract the better talent out there.
Writers, to beat media, radio station hosts, TV sports anchors.
Just about everyone of them are horrible.

So we go from talking about Romo's facial expressions on the sideline to say Dez is thinking about JJT while playing?

Dez isn't himself because he has missed most of the season and training camp.

Come on guys, think a little.

I'll say it again, I hope Romo becomes the team's OC when he retires.

This is where Romo will be the offensive coordinator after football.
