if I see the #88 or "Bryant" on a jersey, I am moving over lol. Regardless of tony's signals.
No way. I'm gonna go cover Hanna or somebody and let the corner deal with that monster

They were showing blitz/10 men in box. Romo even said after game thumbs up just meant run route they already called anyway. It wasn't a signal to change anything, just run what they called. Which was go route vs. 1 on 1 press coverage. Bryant beat his guy, Romo looked off safety (still had Williams, Beasley & Witten going out too) and dropped pass in perfectly to Dez.
Next time he does a thumbs up it might mean run route that was called and that could be a slant.
The two of them are starting to develop a Aikman/Irvin type relationship on the field.
Do you know what's impressive? The accuracy on the three TD throws. That is NOT an easy throw to make.
Didn't the corner have safety help on all three TDs? I don't think he was ever truly single covered, there was always help over the top. The execution (i.e. Romo's passes) was just too good.
Romo was asked about that, and he indicated that, but also said he couldn't give away anything they are doing, then smiled.
You knew when the refs threw that touchy illegal contact flag that the 'just interfere with the wide outs' coverage scheme from Thanksgiving wasn't going to be allowed.
Interestingly enough, the Eagles defensive coordinator said that Fletcher had more help than not then entire game, it's just that on the occasionans he didn't, Romo saw it and went after him.
He gave a lot of credit to Romo for his coverage reads and said he burned them in some crucial situations.
