Romo has been right all along.

After the Giants game, Romo admitted to losing the game. (Although it is never one player's fault). He said that he would learn from it & get better. He has. In the past four games, Romo has nine TDs & one INT.

All along with the Roy Williams situation, he said that they, (he & RW), would take a while to get things down, but eventually, they would. They have & are. They're not there yet, but if last night is any indication, they're getting closer...much.

Romo says he sees this team getting better...tougher. He seems to have a different look in his eyes this season that was missing before. The mistakes that were so prevalent in his game earlier this season seem to be getting further & further apart. I also don't want him to lose all of the impromptu plays that have endeared us to him. I just want him to play within himself. I see that more & more.

It's just good to see him growing up before our eyes. Romo has said several times that he and the team need to be tougher mentally this year. I see it, & I believe him. The trust feels good.

If i'm not mistaken, I saw Romo barking at the O-Line, frequently, after he got sacked and provided that accountability we haven't seen before.

Nice post getting this thread back on topic. They appear to have an identity and they are getting tougher. Holding Philly to 13 and having the moxie to come back and win that game shows mental toughness to me.

I don't think Romo has gotten better. He's the same player he always was. Garrett is the one who has gotten better. He's putting Romo in position to succeed. He has adjusted his playcalling to make the most of Romo's strengths and minimize Romo's weaknesses. Romo's a great QB, but he needs to be put into position to succeed. Otherwise, he'll lose. Just like any other quarterback.

I like everything he is saying and has said, but I will never understand how a team can just be tougher.

You are tough, or you aren't...or so I thought.
