I don't think Romo re-signs with this garbage organization and to honest I wouldn't blame him. What is going to be funny after this happens is how many Romo haters are going to be lamenting his departure when they realize how good he really was and how bad his replacement really is.

Face it...Jerry Jones is terrible and I have no faith that he will find a replacement when Tony is gone. Some of you are calling for the Campo days again and unfortunately for you they are coming. In fact, without #9 they would already be here.

0-4 without Tony Romo...easily. Most underappreciated quarterback in the league without a doubt.

Tony is a great QB, with an incredible work ethic and attitude. The guy tries harder than any other player on the field, including Ware and Witten. He is the reason we have any sort of chance in any game to win. Without him, we would be at basement of the East. Having said that, if he wants a SB ring, he ain't getting it here, he needs to sign to another team with the right mentality and toughness that matches his. Always a Romo fan.

Bringing in Bill Parcells was the only thing that saved his arse because even though some could claim Bill's tenure here as merely average he did bring in some talent and saw something in Tony. Jerry got lucky as hell with this guy.

You're living in a dream world if you think he signs without Jerry doing some major overhauling of certain aspects of the team. Mainly the offensive line.

If Jerry does nothing this off-season then there is no reason for Tony to return. Last off-season was a travesty and may get Tony hurt which should make Jerry feel ashamed. Too bad he is too busy planning his next lame arse store opening.

Jerry could hire (insert Dream Coach name here) and it still wouldn't matter unless Jerry allows said coach to do his job (meaning Jerry leaves the man alone!!)

Part of me agrees with you in a big way. I love the Cowboys and Cowboys Nation, but a sizable portion of our fans just don't have a clue, and all they want to do is tear down Tony. They bask in his failures. Welp, have fun with whoever the next guy is. And honestly, Romo is such a great QB and class act that I'm starting to think he deserves better than what this POS organization is giving him.

Of course, I'd be devastated if he left and we'd be terrible. But there is that part of me that thinks a chunk of our fans deserve it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of Romo.. I defend him to people who says he sucks.. They clearly don't watch the games when he's usually carrying this team on his back to win because the oline is so freaking bad.

The problem is, he's not getting any younger and moving on from Tony may be best thing for both parties involved.. You wanna risk having him for the next five years and ending up with an Aikman situation where we have no backup plan?
