Lastly....Pretty easy beans. Step one...remember all Q duck nuthuggers, make list. Step 2, remember all Romo bashers, make list. Step 3...compare lists. Hmmmmmmmm, the lists look strangely familiar....;)

I don't think I'm a Romo basher. I feel as though I'm a Romo supporter. I believe that Romo is a great QB. However I'm tired of his antics this teams antics I want them to get it done. All that regular season **** is pretty and nice but get it done in the post season also.

Much of that failure has been a team failure not Romo all alone. Romo gives the Cowboys a very good chance but it is going to take the entire team playing championship caliber football to win a SB.

I feel the same way Romo gives this team the best chance to win. He has brought life back to this franchise. However he needs to get it done and so does this team. At the end of the day it is on his shoulders.

Na, I don't think that it's dumb at all. You can have all the regular season success you want to but if you don't get it done in the playoffs then it becomes a moot point. I mean look at Aikman and Staubach vs White. Prime example is Dan Marino who has had ton of success as a QB but his career doesn't have that validation of a super bowl ring. Not to say he isn't one of the all time greats because he was however there are people who where considered better than him with more talent surrounding them and no where near the numbers. So now it isn't stupid the regular is a nice and dandy but get it done in the playoffs and win championship because that's what matters.

Yes look at Aikman look at the pocket to stand in there and throw the ball he had the leagues best RB. Troy and Roger won because they had great teams neither man could have done it without that talent around them playing quality football. Dan was great too bad he did not play defense but as a QB there was not one damn thing he could do to make the Miami defense perform as a championship defense same with Fouts. As important as the QB is he can't do it alone and anyone dumb enough to judge a QB by rings alone really is clueless.

I dont know if you are or arent. Im mostly just kidding around so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. But as far as me saying that MANY of the Romo bashers are the very same people who swung on Q's nuts...You better believe that 's right on , because it is.

So you would rather a QB be 10-26 as long as they have 1 playoff win ?

You are kidding aren' you ?

I'll take a QB who is able to win a playoff game even if he has a record worse then that.

This game is about winning the big game not assemble unimportant stats. It seems some of you just don't get it.

I have yet to see a championship team that has not had great talent through out the lineup playing quality football during that portion of the season. Montana could win it all but when the 85 Bears came calling and the pass protection broke down Joe did not look all that magical. Currently one of the top QB's is Brees at last count he has 0 rings to his credit yet anyone who wants to tell me he is not a great QB is only showing how clueless they are when it comes to what it takes to win championships.

1. read posts
2. try to understand what people try to say
3. think before you write
4. don't get angry if someone tells you your posts are dumb because you obviosly aren't able to follow rules 1-3

I hear what you're saying. I think we're traveling along the same line of thinking. However there's only 2 people who get W-L counted as stats and that's QB and Coaches. Post season success matters. Dan Marino was a great QB you want to say his defense wasn't a championship defense you mean to tell me that the Rams defense was a championship defense ?

What you don't see to get is the differance between individual and team accomplishment. Winning the so called big games is done by the team not one man it never has been won by a single player and never will.

Post season success shows the team was playing quality football as a whole. Elway tried for years only to fail then Denver brings in RB who puts up 2,000 yard rushing season and bam Elway has a ring. As good as Elway was he was not going to get that ring until the Denver team around him improved.

Brees has none. Brady has rings Manning only 1 but if you look at those rings you may notice on the side they have the Teams name and logo on them and 53 other people get the ring as well.

Defense wins championships. The QB gets over glorified as a part of it or a down fall of that. That's just the way it is. However, I already said something about talent surrounding QB is also important when I brought up Marino.

Interesting Marino was the only QB to beat the 85 Bears. What's he doing in the HOF? ;)

So by my math they'd have to go 10-6 to make the playoffs and then 0-20 somewhere. Congrats on the most idiotic post ever.

Brady could have 50 rings. Manning would still be better than him in my book. and Bress aftewards.
