In the past against Tampa 2 defenses, Tony Romo has thrived.

He has an 8-3 mark against teams that had been predominantly Tampa 2 teams over the years since he’s been the starter with 24 touchdown passes and seven interceptions. He has completed 73 percent of his passes (272 or 372) for 3,241 yards and been sacked 18 times.

In six of the 11 games against Tampa 2 defenses, Romo has thrown for more than 300 yards.

Let's just hope that he has no turnovers this game. Because this is a game that can be decided real fast over turnovers. There is no margin for error against the Bears.

I was saying this to someone yesterday that Romo loves him Tampa 2 defenses I didn't know his actual stats vs it tho I just knew he did good vs them.

They don't have the secondary to man us up....

So yeah we will see Zone.

Coverage's are not the problem though, it allowing Romo at least 3+ seconds to read the field

Please don't look into stupid stats like these. Romo isn't gonna win or lose this game, the OL / Defense / Coaching / Running game / Receivers catching the ball are much more of an issue than Romo vs certain defensive schemes.

Yeah..this isn't true

I think he can have a big game but he needs 1) time to throw and 2) some synergy with the receiving corps. They have looked outta sync the last two games. Lot of zigging when they should be zagging.

Tampa 2 allows Romo to run around and find holes in the zone. It's aggressive man defenses like Philly that give him consistent trouble.
