Romo is not the problem, neither is the D!

Yep and he lies in the booth. If we go 2-3 next week, what will Jerry say. If he finds his team at 4-3 by the midpoint of the season, what will he say. He's the main problem. He hired this abortion of a coaching staff and he's getting the results. As far as money, he loves it. But as far as on the field, it's not all joy and happiness I bet. But I'm pretty sure he doesn't care for that. I think.

i was a wade supporter, but i think a change is what we need

The pressure has gotten to Romo. It's easy to see. He's playing not to lose, or not to make a mistake. He can't win that way. Like others have said, you have to take the bad with the good when it comes to Romo. He's not a game manager and will never be one. He needs to play like he did in 2007 and we will just have to live with the risks he takes. Otherwise, we'll get what we did today. Mediocrity.

but at the same times, he needs his WR's to get open to have a chance...we got open a few times

I wholeheartedly agree! Romo looked uncomfortable the whole game. I am with those that say our coaching staff (HC/OC) are to blame. The play calling is baffling at times, and the team seems to be very timid and at a loss for confidence in its play. The play calling is on the OC, and the timidness/lack of confidence is on the HC. Not that I know what the hell I'm talking about as opposed to 90% of the other posters here, that's merely my amateur opinion.

And Romo's throws were WAY off most of the time. He's just not a drop back pocket passer. How the coaching staff doesn't see this is just pathetic.

I am definitely a Romo Supporter, but what is killing me is, at every interview he says you learn from your mistakes and try and do better next time.

I'm sorry Tony, your not learning fast enough.

There has to be a change ,and for the life of me I can't see why J.J. doesn't see it.:bang2:Not between the lines but outside them.

Tony needs some help and The coaches he has around him now obviously aren't doing the job.

i agree we need to do more roll out passing....and we should start taking more deep shots with Austin, to keep a D honest

yea but what else can he say? Not having felix hurts, but we cant depend on 1 guy, like eagles depend or use too on Westbrook

Romo did nothing to help the team win. He missed rec. all day today. Some will blame the wide outs. But when a qb is on target he can place the ball in spots where only his players can make the plays. You don't always need wide open recs. But you do need accuracy.

the way our D played, regardless of the little BS Newman gave up, we should have been up by 14 or 21 at that point

the way Romo is playing is what you want from your QB, don't try and force it, which he didn't, the int he threw was inexperience by a WR, Austin, not were he was supposed to be.....the behind throw to Williams, if he would have placed it in stride, Dawkins was closing, so either williams would have really got rocked, or it would be a pick....

Either way, watching the game, and them showing replays, no one is getting open, Williams when i see him running routes, hes not convincing, and he looks like he has cement, or weights on his legs, no exaggeration...that little BS to Hurd, was luck, nobody was open to begin with, so Romo had to buy extra 5 secs just to find a guy, we have no one capable outside of witten, and Felix jones, who can catch and run and get open, and you cant throw to your backs and TE all day....

We need better WR's, i was 1 of the guys that stood up for this group, today it showed i was wrong, Roy is a bust, wasnt worth the money, or trade, hes a number 2 or 3....Miles just isn't ready....Crayton is average...hurd, isn't ready as well...that leaves Witten..lets get real

At least with TO we made defenses honest, sure he was a big mouth, drop the ball kinda guy, but a D respected him, and made it possible for others to get open

im still a big fan, and will stick by our team, but i give up on the season as far as playoffs go, my job asks me to come in and if i want extra hours, i say no cause i want to watch a Cowboys game, theres nothing to get my hopes up for, our WR's wont get faster and start mking plays in 1 week....it wont happen, Buc's tricked us with blown coverage

i hope they prove me wrong....but our WR's are our downfall....I'm still behind Romo, and the Defense

You have lost your mind cuz. Did you really watch the game? :lmao2:

No, he doesnt' need to sit. He needs to be coached up and the offense needs to be ran in a manner that emphasizes his strengths rather than his weaknesses. Unfortunately, we're at a loss when it comes to that.

yea i wacthed the game sir....and i saw multiple times were Romo had to hold onto the ball way too long to find a guy open

on 4th down, who had to buy more time for the WR's? huh?

yea he had a few over throws to open guys, but more times than not, he had to hold on to the ball, because guys couldn't get open

Calling your quarterback, Tony Homo only emphasizes how weak your argument is,
