ROMO is the Answer thread

Sorry. I refuse to believe anything other than the fact that we just witnessed the future of the Dallas Cowboys on the field tonight.

You guys jump on every opportunity. If Romo stinks up next week, then there will be another draft a QB with the first round draft pick. IT'S JUST ONE GAME.

I'm happy, not only because we won, but I picked up Romo for my fantasy team last week.

Very happy for him. You don't want a young guy like that looking over his shoulder. And feeding TO the ball will keep him out of his face.

All I know is that the statue had the same #81 playing for him and decided no to use him partly out of spite, partly out of his man-love for Glenn and partly because, well, he's Drew Bledsoe....now that we have a QB you can expect "The player" and the rest of the Cowboys receivers to be a very happy bunch!!

watchin Romo's PC, u can immeadiately see that Romo will be a media darling, very impressed by his responses

I stand by my belief that we very well may see the boys come home 6-3 from this road trip.

For those that like to follow numbers:

Romo 24 for 36, 270 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT, 1 two point conversion. 1-0 as a starter for our beloved Cowboys.

The future is now.
I've been screaming that all week. People laughed of course.

Uhhh....who edited the title? The Answer is an annoying Cowboys Zone poster.

As a self proclaimed original Romosapian. I am happy to say I new I wasn't crazy. That it wasn't all wishful thinking. I knew what I saw and it was palyed out tonight!

I'm not jumping on anything. Since day one I have wanted to see Romo on the field and finally I can look forward to the future. You can't shake this belief. It is unwavering. Drew who?

Isn't it funny that Romo plays and all of the sudden Owens has his first 100 yard game, Witten has 5 catches, and the Cowboys have a vertical passing game.

Let Romomania begin!

Wonder how that happen?

ROMO baby!

I will eat my crow. I thought he would be exposed as backup material if he had to start. It's only one game, but I will give him his due. Nice game on the road against a real def.

romo is the real deal....bottom line...cant believe we have a future now...bledsoe was the past

I applaud you for at least seeing the possibilities. Some are still skeptical believe it or not. It amazes me. This guy is only going to get better. He steps in and the team personality changes. It's not magic folks. It's not smoke n mirrors. It's the future.

I applaud the honesty....This is a good thing for all of us....whether we thought he could do it or not....I have wanted him out there for the whole season, but I'll take this....I think we can get on a roll here and pick up momentum.

GO COWBOYS!

Have to love a guy who just shrugs his shoulders and goes, "Meh..." when his team is team is 14 down, then goes out and eviscerates a pretty good D with surgical precision. Romo is unflappable and exactly the kind of leader a team with a lot of young players needs.

:hammer:

I was ready for Romo after the Jacksonville game. He looks like a 8 year vet, especially the way he sidesteps the rush.

I think Parcells has saved our season by starting the kid.

Romo played a great game today, but anybody can look good once.

We need to see him play well consistently. Then we'll know we have our future at QB.

Props to him for a very gutsy performance today. It would have been real easy to cave in after falling down by 14 and Vandy missing the FG. He just kept plugging away and driving the team down the field despite the OL penalties.

I agree, so much more to prove.

But that 3rd and 12 completion to Witten, quickly sidestepping the rush and slinging that laser made my night.

That was big time ball right there. There is hope here kids.

Romo's completion % is the thing that keeps jumping out at me!! He consistently is in the mid 60s!

The guy is accurate, sees the field and when he decides to throw it, with that release of his, the ball is gone!

I finally believe we have found our future! What a great feeling that is!!
