He sure does look like a keeper...but I need a larger sample of work before I completely move off of drafting a qb in the first round

fantastic start... who could ask for for more. i believe he had FOUR 3rd down conversions called back by dumb penalties too. coming back from 0-14 the road... impressive overall team effort :)

good to know - the boy truly does have IT, and the skins game is gonna be fun to watch, not the anxiety-ridden first half i watched tonight. no way do the skins win on the roll we're on. I actually feel if we can beat the skins and then the cardinals, Indy comin to town might scare them as much as they scare us............... not!!! but its a helluva start.........

Romo certainly played much better than I expected him to. He didn't look like a rookie tonight and you cannot criticize much if anything he did. The biggest difference I saw tonight is that when he knew he was getting sacked, he tucked the ball and took the sack. It is natural to want to get rid of the ball, and it takes a lot of metal discipline to not try to make something happen.

He does bring an element of excitement back to the team that has been missing since the mid 90's. That offense hits the field and anything can happen. It is a good feeling and one that has been absent for far too long.

Here's to hoping that tonight wasn't a fluke and that the Cowboys are set at QB for a long time to come.
