Romo needs Holmgren

Folks will bash me for saying this after only two weeks. But I think Holmgren would be the most likely candidate to deal with Romo. Garrett to me just doesn't cut it. His play calling is suspect and not consistent.

Holmgren developed both Favre and Hasselbach. We keep the same offense, but I think the mistakes go down.

I think we will see in the near future players starting to quit on Wade. He's a lame duck coach and the players know it.

we need a young coach who will work these players not another 60+ year old coach.

A young coach will have no responsibility under Jerry. Holmgren has Jerry's respect, he may have a chance.

Romo did well under the last geezer coach... The current one, not so much.

The problem with this team is Jerry Jones the GM/Owner.

GM/President. The owner is great. Did you see the stadium last night.

That's why I said GM/Owner... He's a good owner but a HORRIBLE GM/PRESIDENT whatever.

Jason Garrett.

No thanks. To inconsistent in play calling duties, just don't see him as a head coach.

We had the game won at the end of the third, if all he does is call running plays. In today's NFL, players do what coaches tell them, Garrett called pass, Romo passed. Terrible pass, but a pass should not have been called....period.

Uh...building a shinny stadium does not make you a great owner, matter of fact putting cage dancers in that stadium knocked Jerry down a few pegs. Jerry is a great owner though...not going to argue that...well as long as you ignore his history of poor choice in GMs.

Id rather see Shanny, Holmgren or Garrett.

Um... yeah it does. It makes you an incredible owner. Jerry has made his mistakes in the past as a GM, but he has been in the top 2 owners in the NFL since he got here. I could go into more specifics on reasons besides the stadium, but they'd probably fall on deaf ears right now.

Holmgren sucked as a GM. He was a great head coach. But I agree with hiring someone young. We've tried the older route before and it hasn't worked out. Plus there is a track record with head coaches with their third teams. They never win big. Shanahan and Holmgren would both be with their third team if they come to Dallas.

Give me Garrett.

Is this what one loss does to you. Frustration is one thing but man oh man you want to rebuild right now? Do you also want to go to the 4-3? How about trading good players to gather draft picks. It will take much more for me to give up and wanting a coaching change at this point in the season is giving up. Chill and be ready to fight again Monday night. I'm ready to see Carolina in body bags.

I am so sick of hearing about Holmgren or whatever coach is available. Can we finish THIS SEASON first.
