9 is a lighthearted guy who has not let the pressure get to him. He keeps his job in perspective and remains focused on the task at hand (winning). Tony is always walking around talking football. Before games, him a Jason Witten are side by side talking football and what side adjustments they are going to use for that particular week. Once those two are done talking, Romo will grab 81 for a quick five-minute meeting to talk about mismatch opportunities and who the weak links maybe. On a side note I don't call very many people great because I believe the term is used too loosely today. When you look at 9, he does things that great ones do but he doesn't want you to call him great yet. We all know he is a special player just look at what he has done and the kind of plays he makes. His ability to focus is a non-issue; you don't believe me, look at the offense when he was not the starter. I'm not taking anything away from any other QB, it just shows what kind of player Romo is.
