You may be taking the joke too seriously. It doesn't have anything to do with whether T.O. is catching or dropping passes right now, it has to do with the fact that we lost a receiver with dropsies and got another.
Not taking it seriously, at all. I got it.

Just giving my two nickles.

In what way?

Question: How will posters respond to this thread?

Thank you.

I have only indicated exactly that. Nothing more.

No, you made all kinda charts, pie graphs, and every other possible way of showing that Roy Williams is a productive receiver.

Every thread, you defended him like he was your son.

And posters will respond the way they should, like he is an overpaid lame version of Keyshawn with a poor attitude and terrible PR skills.

1. While it would be correct to say that Roy E. Williams has not been nearly as productive as the typical wide out listed atop a wide receiver depth chart, it would be incorrect to say that he has not been productive.

Certainly, anyone can label him in any fashion they wish. Average? Okay. Crappy? Uh huh. Etc., etc. This forum can allow anyone to use as many descriptions as they can think of, but can one truthfully state that he has not been productive? OR would it be 100% truthful to say that he hasn't been as productive as both the team and its fans would have either wanted him to be or had projected him to be?

Which is it going to be? It has to be one or the other. Anything I have previously posted has shown actual production. I certainly haven't posted erroneous data, which leads me to...

2. Describe (or post) one chart, pie graph or any type of illustration concerning Williams, which I have ever created that goes one iota beyond what he has actually done. If anyone has a personal problem about graphical illustrations of actual data, that's on them and them alone.

Please provide one post which you believe in your own mind constitutes an example of me, 'Defending him like he was my son'.

This should prove interesting.

Oh wait. Is it the one of those two or so Roy E. Williams threads where I inserted a one-word post of "ATTACK!" ? Is that it? If so, would you describe posters' comments as... "complimentary"?

Please.

I have a-c-c-u-r-a-t-e-l-y described comments made about Williams in the very NUMEROUS threads either created for him alone or those threads which have been circumvented into being about him over the past year. Just because I do not participate in the (literally) daily repeating of "Williams sucks" comments does not make my comment any less true, which leads me to...

Great.

Three questions.

1. Do you think that your comment is original?

2. If not, would you hazard a guess as to how often your comment has been repeated on this forum in various ways by yourself and others over the past year?

3. If your answer is "More than once", would you agree that maybe... just maybe...

...EVERYONE FULLY UNDERSTANDS WHAT THE HELL YOU AND OTHERS HAVING BEEN SAYING NONSTOP FOR MONTHS???

One last question. If you were to say that the sky is blue, the sky is blue, the sky is blue, the sky is blue, the sky is blue, the sky is blue, the sky is blue, the sky is blue, the sky is blue, the sky is blue, the sky is blue, the sky is blue, the sky is blue, the sky is blue..

...do you think that maybe I have figured out that you know that the sky is blue and you wanted me to know??????

Just asking.

Blah blah blah.

Just admit that you were wrong, Roy is wickity wack and we can all move on.

Out of all the Roy supporters, and there are hardly any left - you were his most tireless defender.

The proof is in the pudding, and this pudding sucks. I'm not gonna bother digging up old threads where you posted all kinda stats and charts defending Roy. His stats were always inflated from playing in a wide open offense that was always playing from behind heaving the ball down the field.

Sometimes, people cannot comprehend the simpliest of things such as basic questions. For instance, what's 1+1?

Nevermind.

he's just a stubborn dude who likes to tell people what they are or what they do. he told me i'm not a Cowboy fan and I enjoy watching them fail because I get on them when I feel they aren't playing up to their potential.

Did you, or did you not - tirelessly defend Roy Williams all ****ing offseason and early this season, when people were attacking him?

Hows that for a basic question. Don't be coy, you know what I'm getting at. And yes you posted all kinda charts, graphs, and stats explaining why Roy was a good receiver. He obviously isn't.

Outside of the Tampa Bay game, in 20 games as a Cowboy he hasn't done much to help this team win. He's getting paid like he's a top 10 WR, when he's not even a top 10 receiver in his own division. All he does it make excuses, and has made several sideways comments calling out his QB, the coodinator. He's come across like an idiot, and he's easily the most disliked Cowboy not named Barbie Carpenter.

Spin that.

I'd rather be a stubborn dude than someone is categorized as one of the village idiots on this board. You and DaBoys4Life are neck and neck.

Stating that he could potentially be productive enough within this offense isn't "tirelessly defending" the man, so the correct answer is no.

Thanks for agreeing that posters were/are "attacking" him though.

Incorrect. Everything which I have posted about Williams demonstrated what he was capable of doing, in particularly in Detroit. It's understood that you abhor the guy, but try not twisting what's real into something it is not.

1. I have never stated that he was a "top 10 wide receiver". You have made that up in your own head.

2. I have never said he should be making excuses for lackluster play.

3. When it comes to the Cowboys, you obviously do not understand that some may vilify others associated with the team moreso than Williams.

4. If he isn't a productive receiver, you should not say, "he hasn't done much to help this team win". Instead, you should say that he has not done anything whatsoever to help the team win. Yeah. That's 100% truthful right there.

No spin. Just reality.
