Then quit checking out of running plays at the line.
Kill Kill Kill..... screen pass to Terrance Williams for -5 yards. Dez one on one with Flowers in the end zone.

That was Orton.
Yup, "Just got to get better" Meanwhile makes the same mistakes he has been making sense he was a rookie. Never learns.
So you can't think of any heartbreaking interceptions that Romo has thrown? Not like he was talking about a single specific play.
Pay for performance.
When T. Romo signed a gargantuan contract in 2013 given his age and high probability of recurring health issues, he evaluated his already high profile position.
The front office failed in developing strong competition with the QB position & as a result, team Romo had the upper hand in negotiations.
Now, the burden is on T. Romo to deliver.
No more excuses.
He doesn't throw any more than any other quarterback. It's a dumb concept that I wish people would stop perpetuating, especially our own fan base. Like someone pointed out, when every game you play comes down to the last possession then you are going to have both extremes. Which is why he also has an unusually high amount of comebacks as well. I would prefer he have less of both, and be wearing a visor during the last few minutes of the game.
Exactly. Some people are just stupid and cant understand this. For example,
last year we needed to win the Minnesota game to get into the position to have a shot at the win-or-go-home game week 16. What happened? Romo drives down the field in the waning minutes scores the go head TD and we win--totally glossed over by those with agendas.

Romo isn't terrible. He's just not a top player in those situations as evidenced by...
Since 2010, Romo’s Total QBR in the first 12 minutes of the fourth quarter/OT is 80. That’s second-best in the NFL behind Peyton Manning. However, his QBR drops to a below-average 44 in the game’s final three minutes.

You mean Washington? That's actually completely normal for Romo. He dominates Washington in waning moments. Washington accounts for 22% of his 4th quarter comebacks.
And that's kind of a microcosm of what Romo's about. Yes I realize he has many fails as he does successes in the situation, but it's almost always against inferior teams in the first place... like the Commanders.
The one year the Commanders weren't inferior (2012), Romo threw a last minute interception to end the season.
The only two notable successes he has against actually "good" teams were against SF in '11 and against CIN in '12. Kudos for the SF game. Gutsy. Gutsy performance. But the CIN game? He threw an interception on the final drive. Luckily for us, it was at Terrance Newman's stone hands.

Not to mention when he reaches 30 passes in a game his QB rating drops through the floor. Read arm going.
You can always tell a lot about a person by the way they speak. It's always some little pipsqueak hiding behind a keyboard who calls others stupid or other derogatory names when they have disagreements.
Get better at what? He half good personal stats.
Get better at not thowing into double coverage?
Get better at getting INTO the playoffs and then actually winning his 2nd career playoff game?
Get better at last-minute decisions?
Romo, if you want to get better do it THIS season. A qb in his mid 30s is a sad thing to see, so get it done THIS season.
Amen
In fairness, that's a small arbitrary time period and for a team with a bad defense where he might reasonably be intentionally taking chances at the ends of games. How's the QBR look when adjusted for the team being in the lead? I bet his numbers are in line with other trailing QBs who have to throw. We've been a lousy pass defense the last three years.
What happened at Minny? Romo was horrible in the first half completing 13 passes for a net 97 yds total,(read dink and dunk) with 6 whole points off of 2 40+ yd field goals. The defense scored a TD in the second half giving the margin for victory in a 27-23 win. So give me your agendas.
