Regardless of the kicking, Cortez seems like a jerk of a teammate. That should get him tossed. Kickers cannot be undermining team unity. Just kick baby. The coaches know who's fault it was.

It looked to me like the snap was behind Romo's back and he had to reach around to catch it and get it set down but it took so long that Cortez's rhythm was interrupted, causing him to hook it. I don't know if he yelled at Romo or was just cussing at the circumstance. The real culprit was the snap; his reaction is something he needs to control, or else.
