Are you sure these are Tony Romo's stats and not Aaron Rodgers? Last week I was told Romo was on the decline and past his prime. Surely there's a mix up here, because if anything Romo is on the INCLINE!

I know it must hurt the Romo bashers though, especially if he continues putting up performances like the one he just did. He seems to be looking more like the "100 million dollar man" each week.

@ufcrules1 Still taking Alex Smith over Romo? :D

He seems to be missing tonight. Gee a big cowboys fan like him you'd think be here celebrating lol

LOL it was the Rams. Romo always pads his stats against the inferior teams...

Right, because it could never be that Romo just had a good game, it always has to be an "inferior team". Leave it to a Zoner to try and find a way to take away credit from Romo. I guess every team In the NFL is an "inferior team" then, right? Because Romo has lit up just about every team he has faced in his career, or do those games not count because he played good?

I love the logic of Romo haters. When he plays good it's because he faced an "inferior team" and padded his stats. When he has a bad game it's because he sucks and he's on the decline of his career.

Yes, I would still take Smith & Flacco over Romo. I'm glad Romo had a good game though and I hope it can continue, because that means my team is winning.

Giants fans must be in a bad place right now how many picks

Flacco has had ONE season with a QB rating over 90. ONE. 7.0 yards per pass for his career.

If Romo put up those numbers in Dallas he would have been run out of town.

I questioned Romo living up to his contract after the last game, and I'm happy to say he was near perfect yesterday. That was the best game I've seen him play in a long time. Seemed like he made the best decision just about every play. What makes it even better is that my son and I were at the game. First game in ten years!!! So I feel we're some kinda good luck and should probably try to attend all games. :)

I've never been a Romo hater or a huge fan, more on the fence. I appreciate the person he is, his athletic ability, his quick release, his escapability, etc... As I've said before, I think Romo's ceiling is to become his childhood hero, Brett Favre. He is a lot like Favre in a lot of ways (good and bad).

I've just never been convinced that Romo has that special "it" that comes through in the clutch, that he's a gamer. I'm always hoping he takes it to the next level. More games like yesterday will certainly shut up many of the doubters like me, but the haters...

He also had a playoff run that hasn't been seen the likes of Montana. I don't care about regular season stats.. I care about the playoffs and superbowls. Stats can be very misleading.. Eli and Flacco proved that.

Flacco sucks. There are a few QBs I'd take over Romo, but Smith is unproven at this point and Flacco is... Flacco.

Dumb argument.

Every player's stats include games against teams of varying quality. That's why you look at the overall season numbers. They include good and bad competition.

Yeah but not after 3 games. It's way too early for those numbers to mean anything.
