I feel like if he was healthy he could’ve put up an insane season. Like 40:2 td/int season and all the while dak still playing some fourth quarters And learning from romo.

I think they wanted to be geniuses who found this gem fourth rounder. I mean damn romo could’ve even been the backup this year and saved this sinking ship

Even with Murray, Romo never had that Home run hitter as a RB.. can you imagine him with Zeke, particularly with the run/pass options Romo had the choice with.. you drop back fearing his arm, Romo goes run.. you bring your backs up to stop Zeke, Romo is hitting Dez on bombs..

I think the "if he was healthy" part was the key.

Sure, we already saw it in 2014...and that team didn't have Sean Lee or Zeke (though Murray was great that year anyway...he is no Zeke).
It would've been crazy good to watch.

But the man's body was breaking down. By the time December came around very year, he was among the seriously walking wounded.

I made a mistake. I felt like my dog died when you got hurt and Dak came in. But the young buck had something and the team rallied behind him. As the wins stacked on top of wins I truly believed Dak was best for the team. It felt wrong but I did it anyways, and now your gone. Here we are 5-6 and unable to hit the broad side of a barn. So much regret, what a cruel twist of irony for a desperate fan base. You deserved better big guy. Im sorry, love always cowboy nation.

Romo's personality is so fundamentally grounded. I am sure that is partially due to enduring noteworthy adversity, both physical and mental. He is such a freaking normal guy even with the goofy sense of humor. The world is a better place with people like him in it.

Just Romo being Romo. I like that we get to see more of his personality now and he can be more himself because he doesn't have to say just the right thing or the same old speeches that are expected.
