Out of respect to Romo, he absolutely should have a say in where he goes, but he shouldn't be traded to a team that just won the Superbowl like the Broncos.

It sucks but what can we do? Romo isn't going to sit behind Dak when he's a top 5 QB when healthy. I hope he does well wherever he goes if he goes.

Of course he'll have say, but I'm sure it's only to a point. If, say, another team offered a first rounder for him, while the Broncos didn't, I doubt he's going to the Broncos. lol

Has anyone heard what type of return is expected if he were traded?

What's the confusion? Why give a superbowl contending team a piece that they are missing, which is quarterback, when we have superbowl aspirations of our own? Why would we significantly strengthen an already strong team?

I'd send him to the Jets or Buffalo for sure
The Bills are a run oriented team with a solid OL. Also with Watkins and Clay he would have some very good weapons. Also keep in mind they have a new owner that still wants to make a splash and bring that team back to relevancy.

The Jets were a very good team in 2015 with good QB play.

Also I think Romo would have a strong desire to compete woth Brady
