Considering all of the reports that the field wasn't in tip top playing condition, I was hoping common sense would prevail. Especially with the quarterback position.

I understand you guys don't want Romo to get hurt but c'mon. He has to play in more than 1 preseason to get fully ready for the season. Roethlisberger and Rodgers just played a whole quarter. He may be a veteran but he still needs his reps.

I understand romo is competitive, but if OL sits the coach needs to hold him out. On a bad field, with a ninerd defense that has a lot to prove, its just not worth the risk.

We have 2 more games. If he needs reps, get them then.
