Romo will light up the Vikings defense

If you go back and look at the changing points in this game, it was Garrett who screwed everything up with counter-productive play calling. We were on a roll, and JG goes and screws up the momentum. Garrett is what he is: a back up quarterback who couldn't cut it as a starter and a 2nd class OC who spoiled the Cowboys season--a first class ivy league idiot.

Seriously? It was our ****ty *** oline that couldn't block for 1 ****ing second. It was our "GREAT" quarterback, that is held in the same standard as Staubach and Aikman, who turned the ball over how many times? this team is a ****ing joke and will continue to be so until we get a decent coach. This team came into the came flat, I said it from the first snap of the game. NFC east rivals seem to have it right, they were truly the ******** tonight.

The reason we stalled on our drives had nothing to do with playcalling for the most part. I pointed that out in my last post. The only success we had on offense was running off tackle. Anytime we dropped back to pass Romo had someone in his back pocket. We had no chance after Adams went down.

Everytime we got to the 30 we had a fumble lost that ended a drive, fumble that hurt a drive led to a missed FG. And a 6 yard loss to Felix that ended a drive. And made field goal. I can see blaming Garrett for one of those 3 the 6 yard loss to Felix. But our defense still gave Farve all day to throw the ball.

Running the ball when we should have been passing. This loss was on Garrett. He's the OC. The O-line wasn't playing well. He failed to make adjustments.

You're a living paradox. If the o-line couldn't block for 1 second, how would you expect Romo to play well?

I'll agree and on that play it looked like it was a Romo audible to a run so it was actually his fault not Garrett. Garrett didn't fumble the ball twice and miss a field goal. You can't blame him for losing his best offensive lineman also. What exactly can you blame on Garrett those 4 possessions?

Huh?

This team came out flat? They had more yardage in the first quarter and owned its time of possession.

Like it was stated previously, Garrett is counter productive. He calls good plays when things are going good, and then he'll have a brain fart where a play results in a negative loss. Then he'll become stupid.

This is the difference between him and guys like Payton or Norv.

And he's even worse when things get tough. He's a choker. No sense of game management.

Adams went down, but that's when you make adjustments with play calling. The Razorback on the 30 early in the game? C'mon, that was a momentum changer and Red Balls screwed up.

If you can't see that he's not a clutch OC, then there is something wrong. Good OCs make those adjustments.
