Then he just updated the report within the last few moments. Earlier this morning he said what I posted.

My confidence, what little there was, just took a hit.

If he can't take a snap, he's obviously feeling it and I don't care what type of a fight the guy has, if he can't play up to potential then he can't play up to potential.

Props for getting out there yet again with an injury but I just can't be all that happy with the prospect of his hand being that bad.

Rumors and more rumors. As Cowboy fans, we should be used to this by now. Go figure, although.

Theo forgets that Romo went back out with cracked ribs and a punctured lung...shoot, that was easy throwing mechanics there. But Romo willed a comeback and win against the Niners. Shoot, a definite non-factor.

Then there is the season where he threw with a cast on a finger. Shucks, that's like flinginga hoola hoop around one's waiste for about two turns.

Now there is pad talk, which he experimented as to his own comfort levels during the week. Nope, not even a cast for his finger there. That makes it worse now? Yep, who's keeping track and giving full credit to rumor control?

At the top of the week, Danny White stated in a radio interview, that this was a complete non-factor back at that point. If the swelling went down, as it should have. Well, it went down.

Nope. not confused at all. As a matter of fact, the video that Hoof posted wasn't the same report I saw this morning from him. On hoofs video you can see the time and it was much later than the one at around 9 AM.

Either way, this is good news that he can take snaps. But the earlier report said he couldn't.

Just saw the report from Wyche on NFL network (yeah, I gave in). This is a direct quote:

"I spoke to a Cowboys team source who told me that quarterback Tony Romo did take snaps from under center Friday with his brused right hand. They are not concerned that he will be limited at all. He did not take snaps from under center on Wednesday and Thursday of practice. There was swelling in the hand. That's no longer an issue."

There you have it. I feel better.
