Romo is great when hes winning. He's full of confidence his play shows it.

The minute Romo feels the game is a "Big Game" he loses his confidence and it shows. Romo looked great in preseason because there was no pressure. He was scanning the field and spreading the ball to multipal recievers. Yes the same recievers we have on our team today.

Everytime Romo feels the big game pressure he has tunnelvision and does not play loose. These games include December slumps, Hall of Fame game at texas stadium, Last game at Texas Stadium, First game in Arlington.

Romo does NOT like pressure and is not a good comeback quarterback. He is ALWAYS hanging his head when they get behind. Do you ever see the "good" quarterbacks doing that??

By doing this he is showing the rest of the team that he is doubting himself and his teamates. They in turn start doubting him. Great quarterbacks NEVER show they are weak. Expecially when the game is on the line.

Romo is supposed to be the offensive "Leader." His lack of confidence and hanging his head when down had worn off on this offense. Romo needs to be the leader they are paying him to be. He needs to quit pouting and hanging his head. If only he had the fire and determination of Barber he would believe he has the tools to provide a comeback.

Until then this offense will continue to look undiciplined and playing without heart.

That's been true since the Seattle playoff game. He was too busy pouting on the bench to realize that we were going to be getting the ball back.

Maybe he got it from Parcells. He always got that defeated look, too.

Frankly, I've never understood that mind-set. You keep fighting with confidence until the last second. The moment you stop believing that you WILL win, you've already lost.

I don't think you can change someone's personality.

He is what he is and when he's lost his confidence in a game it shows in his body language.

A QB does not necessarily have to be a rah-rah leader. But a team that does not have a QB with that kind of leadership ability it sure as hell better have a head coach with that kind of leadership ability. Right now that falls to Phillips and Garret the Co-Head Coaches of this team (by Jerry Jones' doing). Phillps is much farther alnog at having the defense in check, and Garret is out playting Madden, trying to figure out what new pass play might work. Neither are sure-fire strong leaders.

Thus my horror when we let the clock run out in the first half yesterday. There was no reason not to try to do something... anything... Hail Mary... lead draw... screen pass... I don't care... just go for the points and the win at all times.

Eli used to do the same thing. Didn't hurt him none.

Ive seen Aikman on more than one occassion do the same thing. If he wasnt hanging his head he'd have people on here complaining that he didnt care enough.

The guy is struggling but now we're analyzing the position of his head on the bench?

Does anyone have the video of the infamou head hanging that all the talk shows are speaking about? I can't find it. I remember the camera shot from the game but I want to see it in retrospect.

And that, my friend, is exactly why Romo has never won a playoff game in his life. Not in HS, not in college, and not in the pros.

And it's why he didn't get recruited to a big college and why he wasn't drafted.

It was never lack of talent. It's the rest of what makes a quarterback great that Romo lacks.

You're ****** right I'm bitter.

How the hell can you not be when you see the bs that goes on on the field.

Two very very winnable games thrown away by a piece of crap QB who can't seem to pull his head out of his ***.

I suppose I should be really positive about this .500 record we got. I'll be sure and remember that when we are watching the Giants and the Eagles in the playoffs this year.
