Romo is great when hes winning. He's full of confidence his play shows it.
The minute Romo feels the game is a "Big Game" he loses his confidence and it shows. Romo looked great in preseason because there was no pressure. He was scanning the field and spreading the ball to multipal recievers. Yes the same recievers we have on our team today.
Everytime Romo feels the big game pressure he has tunnelvision and does not play loose. These games include December slumps, Hall of Fame game at texas stadium, Last game at Texas Stadium, First game in Arlington.
Romo does NOT like pressure and is not a good comeback quarterback. He is ALWAYS hanging his head when they get behind. Do you ever see the "good" quarterbacks doing that??
By doing this he is showing the rest of the team that he is doubting himself and his teamates. They in turn start doubting him. Great quarterbacks NEVER show they are weak. Expecially when the game is on the line.
Romo is supposed to be the offensive "Leader." His lack of confidence and hanging his head when down had worn off on this offense. Romo needs to be the leader they are paying him to be. He needs to quit pouting and hanging his head. If only he had the fire and determination of Barber he would believe he has the tools to provide a comeback.
Until then this offense will continue to look undiciplined and playing without heart.
