You realize all Romo had to do was contact his attorney and they take care of things from there with little to no input from Tony. It's not like he is drawing up paperwork at his desk and contacting others and all the like involved.

Also, we didn't get calls before the lawsuit, not like they can really give us any less.

You have to differentiate the literal from the figurative. Tony was the latter, chap. Now he is ruminating, like the man in "The Thinker" whether to go with this surgical procedure or the other or let it heal naturally.

Someone please tell him that old guys heal slower and get re-injured more often.
