He's only guaranteed $300,000 so it wouldn't be much of a hit. Always felt like he was just an insurance policy that doesn't appear needed at this point.

Dude they're guys like him are a dime a dozen I mean if he's not on the roster game one we don't owe him 300,000 do we so I'd say cut him now I mean the guy is suspended he's injured and you could pick up another veteran on the street he is not special I get what you're saying we need some insurance a veteran presence but it doesn't have to be him....

Is Kareem hunt still a free agent I mean how much would he come in and play for I mean if we can cut ties with Rojo now for zero money and bring in Kareem hunt for something similar not much more why not at least he'll be here game one...

I can’t complain about $300,000 then.

One thing I can't figure out is while Jones is a vested veteran, he won't technically be on the roster week 1 due to his suspension.
If that is the case, is his base salary of 1mil guaranteed? He is on the team, but doesn't count vs the 53.

My focus would be on winning, not sure what Jerry is focused on. Buying another yacht? Maybe he wants to fly in space like another ego maniac?

If he was really concerned with winning, we would not have had to wait 27 years and counting.

I don't mind him as a depth player, but he's not any sort of guy you rely on.

You know how fans are here. They crapped all over Zeke after putting up over 800 rushing yards and 12 TDs last season, but they’re excited about Ronald Jones, who’s never had a single 1000 yard season in five years. Zeke had as many TDs last season as Jones had the last three seasons.
