Rooting for the 49ers or Giants?

I'm a bit torn.

What's better for the 'Boys... for the Giants to be completely buried? Or for the 49ers to drop another game in the Wild Card race?

Yeah as much as I loathe the Giants and they're ****** bag organization I'm very quietly rooting for them.

Root for the giants. The 49ers own the tie breaker over us. We'll play N.Y. next and already have a win over them. We control that outcome.

Giants have 6 losses and need 7 after today's game. Lot's of games to play, including them next. Beckham is on my fantasy team so I hope he has a big game.

I get the wildcard stuff but the Giants are traditionally better in the second half of the season. They still got a shot at the division. They lose today and those guys will have less in the tank for us.

Definitely Giants. We need to reduce the # of teams with a legitimate chance of getting the wildcard. Giants are at 6 losses and, if they get one more before the end of the year, they will likely be out of the WC race. However, the 9ers are much more likely to compete the remainder of the year, so a loss for them will hurt them more. They also have the tie breaker against us so they are even more a threat if we don't win the division.

Im rooting for the Giants, the more space between Dallas and San Fran the better.

I'm a little torn on this one myself. If SF wins that's not good because they hold a tie breaker over the Cowboys in the wildcard race but if the Giants win it would give them some momentum heading into next weeks game against the Cowboys. The Giants are a team you can never completely count out until they're officially out they seem to get hot this time of year. They looked done in 2011 at 7-7 and we all know what happened after that. I think in the long run it's better for SF to lose due to their tie breaker advantage.

That's the right attitude. I can never root for division rival, especially NY. I'm hoping for a tie.

Eagles are rooting for the giants cause dallas is winning the division. I will never root for a division rival..... ever. I rather not make the playoffs then to root for NY, Washington or Philly

The Giants/49ers , Eagles/Packers, and Cards/Lions are all games that it's nice to know one of those teams in ach game will have an extra loss today.

Easily the giants. They're out of it realistically, and need to lose draft position. Also, it's better for our playoff hopes.

But Eli sucked when I finally cheers for him. They should've won that one.
