She's also worked with a number of charities over her career, including some that she started herself.

You're right, she has done a lot of good.Faerluna;4374757 said:She's also worked with a number of charities over her career, including some that she started herself.

Comedians just have a knack for cutting all the way to the bone when they criticize something. I think using the word "vile" for some of her comments is not at all out of line. Notice that I said "vile comments" not "vile person"--though some would readily say that too.
Her 9-11 truther tirades were pretty hurtful to a very wide range of people, just to name one of many examples.
Look, Rosanne or Bill Maher are much more frequently hateful than Rosie. Some are just good at it when they want to be.

These are entertainers and I find nothing entertaining about their attacks and hiding behind being a so called comedian. I have nothing against comedians who like to poke fun at everyone or everything but when it is tilted to 1 side or done with malice then I want nothing to do with them.
Goldberg,Barr, Maher and O'Donnell I refuse to watch anything they are a part of.

either side.

Like you when the arrows are thrown across the board and no one is off limits I find it entertaining when it becomes one sided and mean sprited then I don't find it amusing and refuse to waste my time or money
