That was as bad a call as the fifteen yd face mask in the skins game.
If that wasn't Manning I doubt it gets called. I usually don't say those types of things.

It was a crap call because of how lightly Peyton was hit, but it was just as stupid a play...it's not like the guy ran into him lightly by accident...the idiot had no reason to even breath on Manning and purposely threw a shoulder into him...a wuss hit, but totally unnecessary and stupid...I have no problem with the penalty because of the way it occurred rather than the intensity...it could just as easily been called "unnecessary roughness" or "unsportsmanlike"....take another look...he did it intentionally even though it amounted to nothing.

As for the facemask penalty against Addai...that was a good call too...you don't have to turn the guy's head or spin him around for a 15 yarder...touching the mask at all, even if you pull your hand away and don't grab it, is a five yarder....our defender tackled him by the mask and never removed his hand....that's the rules.

Yea, both calls were awful...but something definitely has to be done about these roughing calls. They touched upon it briefly during the game, but I think they should do it like facemasks or roughing the kicker. Make a 5 and 15 yard variety of roughing. What spears did certainly doesn't warrant 15 yards.
