What does Romo have to do to get a roughing the passer flag thrown? Several times the Giants were throwing him down after he released the ball, if that was Pretty Boy Brady they would of been flagged at least 3 times.

I know, I thought the same but those calls are only made on Favre, Manning and Brady.

no way Brady, Favre or Manning would have been called for grounding late in the fourth either

That wasn't grounding. Throwing the ball away without pressure isn't intentional grounding. Never has been. Never will be. That was a BS call.

You and I know that, but it was called on Romo, late but it was called. Terrible call.

We're the Dallas Cowboys. America's Team. Meaning, the calls will always go against us. And as I say always, if the Dallas Cowboys want to win, then they've gotta beat the refs. Play above the refs so the bad call's don't hurt them. That didn't happen tonight.

Sorry, it's not a terrible call. It's a devious call.

It's the rules. The refs called it, and they should know it. It's another integrity thing.

Malcom X said "I have more respect for a man who lets me know where he stands, even if he's wrong, than the one who comes up like an angel and is nothing but a devil."

I'm beginning to think that applies to the NFL reffing, and it starts with their headman, Pereira.

I cannot come out and say that the NFL wants a Favre vs Brady SB because the Cowboys there would be a ratings bonanza but damn, it sure looks like the NFL is pushing towards a Favre SB appearance before he finally retires.

Whenever we got close today, the laundry came flying out.

That cause the laundry was flying on us all game. Every single punt or kick off return it felt like we were getting flagged. Its hard to believe the refs are just against us, since it is the same thing that has been happening all year.

The Ware offsides and lack of protection of Romo from late hits kind of ticks me off though. They protect QBs like crazy but let them continually take 2 steps and fling Romo to the ground. One of them Strahan even knew he hit him way late and then puts his hands up while looking at the refs as if to say sorry or something. z

I think the refs could have called Colombo for about 20 false starts if they wanted to.

Yes, the closet Patriots homer. ;) :D :lmao2:

Was that like a "virtual" admittance? It wasn't necessary since it's been quite obvious for a while.

It's almost as transparent as Nors pretending he's not a Pats fan.

We're not the ones trying to minimize Brady's accomplishments. We just recognize greatness when we see it. But for the Cowboys homers, anyone who acknowledges greatness in another player or team can't possibly be Cowboys fans and must secretly be a closet fan of said team.

Out of the minds of babes ... ;) :D

Who cares, Romo should at least have a WR in the zip code or be under pressure before throwing that beauty.

Yeah, acknowledging them in virtually every thread is fine and dandy, if you're on a Pats board.

No one here has minimized his accomplishments. Questioned the integrity of them? Certainly. It's hard not too, when he has been a part of a team that has cheated for years.
