Round 3, Pick 84 - Chauncey Golston

Hahahahaha! We held onto all these 3rd and 4th round picks instead of moving up or back into the 2nd.

Barrimore, Jenkins and Moehrig right there in our grasps. Hey even Joseph and 1 of those guys would have been a fantastic 2nd round.

Jabril Cox and Ronnie Spencer sitting there.

I'm cool with Parsons, he's a dude.

Joseph can play. But believe me we had better opportunity in the 2nd to pick up 1 more talented starter and we're drafting guys that will ride the bench with the last 2 picks.

Whatever, these guys crack me up.

Just not a good round.

Osa, I like as a backup DT; not over starters

Golston is Crawford, a guy who plays here and there, not a starter

Have the feeling this draft is not going to be too great after a few years. We're drafting like we just had a 9-7 season

Man, it's felt like we've been ONE pick away all draft.

Off my head, if we drafted the guy taken right ahead of us in every round, we'd have

-Patrick Surtain
-Trevon Morhrig
-Paulson Adebo
-Tommy Tremble

That would be an A+ home run draft in my book. Instead we're getting a weird mix of Garrett-certified wrong kind of guys and unknowns.

I’m all good with the Parsons pick but this FO straight up blew it the rest of the draft.

They were armed with draft capital and still got caught with their pants down.

I will wager good money Joseph doesn’t finish out his rookie contract.

Osa was a decent 3rd round pick.

Gholston is training camp fodder.

Exactly. We also could have packaged our 3rd and 4th rounders to move up and back into the 2nd to still get Joseph and any of Barrimore, Tevan Jenkins or Moehrig. All starters.

Imagine 3 starters at positions of need and rated highest in their draft round?

I think Osa and Gholston are solid, versatile kids who try hard. They just got drafted a round or two too early.

I agree, more solid rotational types. They appear to be strong run defenders, but average pass rushers. Would like to add a legitimate edge rusher.

Front office overvalued the picks. Should have moved up to pick players they wanted. Instead of being proactive they were reactive. Praying players fall to them when they had the ammo to GO get them.

Draft grade is a D
