X-rays did not reveal a broken bone in Roy Williams' shoulder or
collarbone, two sources told Todd Archer.

Williams' suffered a sprained left shoulder when he collided with
Orlando Scandrick near the end of Thursday night's open practice. We
do not yet know the timetable for his return.

The Cowboys will provide an update Friday.

I hate being in limbo on this.

You might be right... but dude, seriously... In regards to your sig pic, don't you think we should find out the details before throwing one of our talented, young corners under the bus?

Yeah, I've seen people fall over a guy and then, when trying to catch the pass... he lands on his shoulder, breaking his collarbone. It might not have been a hit.

I know, Adrian Peterson fractured his clavicle and didn't run into anybody, he just landed awkwardly, LOL.

If Scandrick said he was playing the ball it seems like incidental contact I really doubt Scandrick is head hunting our own players no matter how much he wants the #2 spot.
yeah but Scandrick has been too physical with Roy knowing he's the #1 wr.

Skilled nursing facilities, currently. :starspin,

Me too. Used to do outpatient, then a little home care, but now it's all SNFs. Pretty mindless and lucrative. I basically sold out, but I enjoy what I do.

Tony Romo has raved about our WR depth in his most recent interviews.

I know this is hard for some to believe, but we're going to be fine. This injury doesn't kill us. Roy will miss the first 4-5 games, only one of which is a division game. Two are interconference games.

I see no reason to believe we don't still have a great chance at starting out 3-1 or better before Roy heals up.

I'm looking at October 11th @ Kansas City or October 25th vs. Atlanta (after the bye) as his return date.

We'll be fine. We still have a terrific QB, a solid trio of RBs, and possibly the best TE tandem in the NFL. I see no reason to jump off a ledge here.

Scandrick gets to live.

Ok people.

I just finished working out.

I am gonna go shower.

I am gonna get me a Dr. Pepper.

And when I get back ...... I expect to know what the hell is going on.

If not ...... I will have to internet hurt someone.

The lesson as always: never jump off the ledge over a Mike Florio story. What a d-bag.

How long is sprained shoulder out for??? He has 2 weeks till the season. He can even miss the first week if necessay.

How hard was the collision? Did Scandrick unload on him or what? Did he just get too aggressive? Was it a bang, bang play.

If it was, Scandrick has to pull up in that type of practice, especially.

nope.I felt it was unnecessary bump though, not really warranted.I didnt realize it was that serious.RW was trying to stretch it out.

Depends on the severity. Emmitt had a grade two and didn't miss a game. But, we had a bye week in between.

Oooopssss...Emmitt had a seperated shoulder.

My bad.
