At least Roy is somewhat acknowledging that he needs to try something different. That's a step forward for Roy IMO.

Thanks for the vid. If he has really lost 32 pounds then WOW. That is precisely where he needs to begin. I have criticized him somewhat too, but I'm rooting for him to make a comeback. A lot of people think he can't, which would make it that much sweeter if he does.

I'm just happy to see him do some Pool-Bound Plyometrics rather than working to bench press as much as possible. He should be much faster, quicker and stronger.

At 6 feet, I think he'll be great at 210, but fine fine at 215. Anything more than that and he's the same fat, slow roy we've all grown to love

The segment mentioned it might be part of an ESPN the magazine thing, then it's probably recent. When the story comes out, then I'm sure it'll sort itself out..

Didnt Roy say he came in 15 pounds lighter last pre-season? I wonder how much he weighed at his max. Im thinking he might of played at 255-260 at a point in his career. That just shows the athlete that he is.

Alot of times I think Roy is out of poistion because of techinque and not weight. I seen a reciever(vs the Eagles when they had TO) just run a slant and go on him and he jumped the slant. He gambles way too much imo. The worst about it is its in his head now. All of this critcism is finally making him snap. I hope Roy can turn it around.

Yeah, I looked around for something and didn't find anything. Could be up-and-coming.

One thing that worries me is that it might be really old and Wingo saying he lost 32 pounds is referencing last offseason.
