The Cowboys resumed practice Thursday without starting receiver Roy Williams for unspecified reasons.
Williams also missed the first of practice last week but returned moments later. Remember, practice is only open to the media for the first 15-20 minutes. But as the team finished the stretching portion, Williams was not on the field.
Also not practicing were Kyle Kosier (Achilles, ankle), Jason Hatcher (groin), Tony Romo (fractured clavicle) and Montrae Holland (groin). It’s starting to look like Phil Costa will indeed start at left guard this week with both Holland and Kosier not practicing.\
