This is becoming a silly debate point.

Who is the owner and general manager of the Dallas Cowboys?

Exactly how long has he been the owner and general manager of the Dallas Cowboys?

Many more "embarrassing" things have happened during his 20-year ownership of the Dallas Cowboys. Exactly WHEN has anything spoken by a-n-y-o-n-e "embarrassed" him?

That is what I think has become the problem with the cowboys...JJ as GM. He is a great owner, no doubt, but when it comes to hiring personnel he has done a poor job as of late.

Yes, many embarrassing things have happened to the Cowboys since JJ took over but I might say that if they don't involve Roy Williams in the offense more...the trade for him could be one of the most embarrassing things in JJ history.

And unfortunately, if Roy is the kind of guy who suddenly quits and doesn't work as hard, isn't that an indictment of him more than anyone else?

I'm holding out hope for Roy Williams. I think he's a very talented guy, and he's going to be needed here. But he doesn't need to act out or speak out.
