There goes Wade again blaming HIMSELF more than blaming Roy for his lackluster season. I know Wade isn't going to call Roy out; that would be wrong, but he didn't have to say "I'm more disappointed in myself than Roy..." Put some of the accountability on your players, because if you put it on you, the players will become complacent and unmotivated.

I believe he does put accountability on the players. But that doesn't mean he has to call up Ed Werder and tell everyone in the world about it on ESPN.
