I don't want to go too far down the conspiracy theory hole, but could it be that they are thinking of pushing Collins to guard so that Williams can start getting full time snaps at Center? Seems that the best five would be having Smith, Collins, Williams, Martin, Steele "if" Williams could focus on center full-time and get the center/QB exchange down.

God forbid we run the team in a serious manner and hold the players accountable. Collins has been a giant pile of dog poo for almost 2 years now. Why would anyone be excited that he is back.

Collins has been out 5 weeks. Easing him in isn't a bad idea.

Seeing how he works at LG isn't a bad idea either.

Right now, the only problem Dallas has is more starting-caliber OL than open OL positions. And that is a fantastic problem to have.

LC has missed a lot of football too.

Im not sold on his hip/surgery recovery.

TCrawford had a bad hip and he was never the same.
