3a) Deunta FS

3b) Moffett LG

Overdrafting OL???? I'm fixing this mess once and for all and drafting Gurode's replacement next year. Get the C from Wisconsin when he comes out.

Agree with you on the o-line. Fix this mess once and for all. I`d rather spend an entire draft on the line than go through this mess again.

OL needs fixing, but I don't know that I would spend my top two picks when the defense was one of the worst in the leagues.

It all depends what value is there for the taking when we pick, but im a strong believer that with one or two new starters, and a change in their defensive philosophy, this D can get back to being one of the best in the entire league.

I think the defense was one year removed from being one of the top in the leaque. I know that some big holes have to be filled on that side of the ball , especially at safety. The o-line has been such a big problem for so long that it should be addressed first IMO. If several linemen are drafted this year , it will take longer for them to gel as a unit . Players on the defense usually can fit in quicker and contribute. One thing to remember , with a good line , the defense will stay off the field more as the offense eats up the clock. The 2009 draft would have been the perfect time to address the line but we all know how that went.

You draft those 2 starters on D and you are back to using 3-4's at best on the OL and having to go spend big money in FA.

Get all the 1's we've used on D to play to their potential and and fix this OL once and for all. Garrett says he wants to be physical and I think overhauling the OL is the way to do it. 4 of the 5 starters have to be replaced inside of 3 years anyways.

I think we've seen that we already agree that OL has to be a priority in this draft. It all depends on what we do in FA as well, so none of us can really be sure what direction we are going to go in the draft yet.

If we go out and sign two relatively young, solid starters to the OL in FA, then our position will probably drastically change.

However, i say you have to wait and see what value is there, because if you get the oppertunity to draft a Fairley or Peterson at our 9 pick, i don't think you can pass it up, no matter what you're needs are.

Stephen has already made clear that our draft philosophy is taking football players, the best ones available where we are. So we won't be focusing too much on any one position, even if it is a need, just focusing on taking the best player when our name comes up on the board to select.

There are a lot of good guards in FA but I am just so done going into FA to fix the OL. I want home grown talent on the OL for once and for all.

It would be nice for sure.. but im not totally opposed to using FA to fix holes. It we were able to get Mankins or Clabo, i think you go out and get those guys.

Romo isn't getting any younger and if we draft lineman, we need to take guys who can almost step in right away and get the job done. That's not always a guarentee with high round OL'men.

Its a tough call either way.. just have to sit back and see what happens i guess.
