I doubt very seriously if he falls that low but IF he did would you draft him? I like his seek and destroy mentality. Not sure if Smith (if healthy) could play the Sam but if you had Lee-Foster-Smith as your LBs, whoa baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd take him. They say he's light for a linebacker, but he hits like a Mack truck.
Also, I heard he needs guidance. He's one of these emotional players who, without the proper veteran leadership, could be a loose cannon. Those who cover the Crimson Tide closely said Jonathan Allen was a calming influence on him.

I would not trade up for him. His awareness is poor and for a power player he doesn't take blocks on very well. He is also not very good in coverage through breaks although he does have straight line speed.

Big hits are fun to watch but are overrated.

He's a major liability in coverage, and a bad attitude. I'd pass, his style of play is outdated.

People saying Foster is a major liability in coverage hasn't seen Foster play this year. Kid has dropped bad weight before the 2016 season and it has paid off tremendously. Whether its a running back coming out of the backfield or a Tight end doing a drag route on 3rd down the kid can cover.

The only knock on Foster that I can tell going into the NFL is durability due to his physicality of play. I can see him being listed as a DNP on a couple of injury reports.

I would trade to get him. I think he is in the top 5 players in this draft and maybe top 3. The Cowboys have nothing explosive on defense other than Lee and I believe Foster would add an alpha element to that side of the ball. I want more than plain vanilla on defense in the draft but in the end, he wouldn't drop to a pick where even our 2nd would get us there.

If he's there at 28, yeah. He's, at worst, like a top 10 talent in the draft. I think he's top 5.

I don't really know much about his attitude, but yeah that's not going to happen.
