If they don't rule by that time and then reduce to 2 games do you take it? Broncos and Cards are winnable without him IMO. Or no because it admits guilt and another strike could mean a ban?

I think there is a better shot of Kellen Moore being traded for a first round pick to the Pats to take over the starting QB duties from Tom Brady immediately than there is of the NFL not issuing a ruling on the appeal before 3PM on Tuesday.

Same odds that the decision isn't already written.

I think they drop the 6 game DV suspension and change it to a 2 game conduct suspension

I'm not an expert on the NFL's processes, but I'm pretty sure they can't change the subject matter after the fact. They can only adjust the suspension down.

They also didn't suspend under the DV policy - it was originally the personal conduct policy, and the "physical violence" was cited in the text of the letter.

Exactly! And that sprung my question awhile back about if he's suspended in the future for actual DV, it should be considered his first time offense (meaning a baseline of 6-games, not some indefinite ban that the mediots were baiting for clicks).

Either way, he can appeal again and try to get an injunction.

It'd be funny if he waited until end of the week so the Giants game aren't affected anyway.

Mara will implode.

The NFL pretty much can do what it wants here based on the CBA. They can knock it to 2 and rescind the DV qualification if they want. They can keep it at 6. They can rescind the suspension altogether.
