He can't file another appeal. You only get one appeal
He can appeal to the federal courts, I mean. Like Brady did.

Well he can sue the league and try to get an injunction, if that's what you mean.He can appeal to the federal courts, I mean. Like Brady did.
NFL process is make it up as we go
Well he can sue the league and try to get an injunction, if that's what you mean.
Then they just cite him again for personal conduct... UghExactly! And that sprung my question awhile back about if he's suspended in the future for actual DV, it should be considered his first time offense (meaning a baseline of 6-games, not some indefinite ban that the mediots were baiting for clicks).
Of course. This isn't a real court. This is the NFL playtime Judge Judy fiasco.
Zeke was already exonerated of the accusations, or he'd be in jail. He can sue the league on a lot of fronts. Labeling somebody a "woman beater" despite no criminal record of it is awfully slippery ground, regardless of what a CBA says.
I think there is a better shot of Kellen Moore being traded for a first round pick to the Pats to take over the starting QB duties from Tom Brady immediately than there is of the NFL not issuing a ruling on the appeal before 3PM on Tuesday.
Interesting! Don't think the League really exposed themselves so easily. The NFL is not so stupid...appeaks are so dangerous.I would love to see Zeke sue the NFL. He can sue them for calling him a woman beater (defamation of character). He can sue them for lost wages and endorsements. He can also point to the fact the NFL didn't want his accuser at his appeal.
Why? Were they afraid the truth may have come out?
I'm not an expert on the NFL's processes, but I'm pretty sure they can't change the subject matter after the fact. They can only adjust the suspension down.
They also didn't suspend under the DV policy - it was originally the personal conduct policy, and the "physical violence" was cited in the text of the letter.
Go here:I'm confused. I thought he was suspended for DV and the league stated "evidence" of domestic violence in their press release? Hence, the 6 game suspension under the DV policy.
Thats it. Don't be too optimistic. Its 6 or its nothing!!I'm confused. I thought he was suspended for DV and the league stated "evidence" of domestic violence in their press release? Hence, the 6 game suspension under the DV policy.

It's not evening in El Paso yet, guy.
You still have another hour, or so of my gorgeous presence to have to contend with before retiring to my blissful evening.
Ozark?Pssht....I do what I want.
"Law don't go 'round here."
And now I'm going to neglect catching up on the "Ozark" series and watch Tombstone for the second time this fiscal year.
If Zeke is truly innocent, he should fight this. Any suspension other than 0 games is an admission of wrongdoing.
The Ozarks (netflix series). Jason Bateman is the star of this show involving him as a banker involved in money laundering with a Mexican drug cartel. I just started it and it's fairly decent. Above all, it's Jason Bateman, dude!Ozark?
