6 prime time games ? haha.

Superduperdrewcrew member, you arent serious are you ?

We had eight national games last season. Even if you dont want to count national 3:15 games we had 3 monday nighters, 1 sunday nighter, and thanksgiving which is still 5 "prime time" games coming off of a 6 win season

I would say 6 is a reasonable expectation considering

Well, looks like we'll find out for sure next week.

Got this on another board. Don't know if it's gospel, but the original poster is reliable from what I know. If this is, in fact, our schedule, it is laid out about as well in our favor as we could ask. After the opening two games, we never have to play back-to-back road games again. Also, the bye comes at a good time. :D

Our Dallas Cowboys 2006-2007 Schedule

Sept. 10 at Jacksonville
Sept. 18 at NY Giants (Monday Night)
Sept. 24 Detroit
Oct. 1 at Atlanta
Oct. 8 Indianapolis
Oct. 15 at Washington
Oct. 22 (Bye)
Oct. 30 Philadelphia (Monday Night)
Nov. 5 Houston
Nov. 12 at Carolina
Nov. 19 New Orleans
Nov. 23 Tampa Bay
Dec. 3 at Arizona
Dec. 10 NY Giants
Dec. 17 at Philadelphia
Dec. 24 Washington
Jan. 31 at Tennessee

I hope this is true...

October 8 against the Colts would be AWESOME!!!!!!

That's my annual trip to Dallas for OU/Texas.... what a double-header that would be!

Rumors always fly this time of year, rarely are they ever even close. We'll find out in another two weeks.

I cant wait for the MNG vs. Eagles!! its gonna be tight!! IN DALLAS!

don't like the finish

if this is the schedule, we finish with 2 of 3 on the road, and those are two tough road games, philly and tenn.

I will be moving to Atlanta in June and I hate this if it is correct. Reason is September 30th to October 7th I will be on a cruise. I was hoping to go to this game.

I hate to say it this way, but... The Cowboys are the 7th best team out of 16 right now. In no particular order ahead of the Cowboys : Seahawks, Bucs, Commanders, Panthers, Bears, and Giants.

7th best?

We were on par with the best teams in the league before Flo went down. Our passing game was dwarfed. Wth our key additions this year(Flo, TO, AA, Fabini, Vanderjagt, Koiser), we'll much tougher than we were early last year.

Before you throw your new #2 and #3 WRs in our face's....El is a glorified 3, he can return punts, thats about where his worth ends. Lloyd isn't much to write home about either.

7th best team? :laugh2:

I pitty the fool that thinks Dallas is the 7th best team in the NFC.

We beat 2 of the teams you mentioned(Panthers, split with NYG, had the skins beat until late, and lost in the last seconds to the NFC superbowl team.

7th best team, :laugh2: @ you..... go back to ES.

I like it!. 2 of the last 3 division games are at home. We play only 1 game (Philly) in the cold. Were home before the turkey day game and were and we are not flying all over the country. It sets up well

That's the correct answer. IF this is indeed the schedule, it's very favorable for Dallas.

I've been persistent about Bledsoe's terrible performance in his career in poor weather and it looks like there are very few probable poor weather games.

i don't think we'll get 3 monday nighters since we failed to make the playoffs last year. they base the prime time games on the prior year's results not on the free agent hauled and draft class. heck washington should be in 5 monday night games straight for the past 5 years based on their Free agent signees in march.

Its fake, someone posted it over at the ranch too. Schedules don't come out for a month. No sunday night games? Come on. BS sched.

:bang2: There are plenty of sundays on that schedule. One of em might be a sunday night game.

Most important post in this thread and everybody is glossing right over it.

You seem to be missing the "release" part. The schedules are done and have been, it's just a matter of the NFL allowing we peons to know.

You have to remember that sometimes these things do get leaked, especially for teams that share venues with other events.

We certainly should beat Detroit (at home) and Tennessee. It is a tough schedule, but it certainly could have been laid out worse than it is.

This team is geared up for a Super Bowl run. I think we will win 11 games, which is going to be enough in the NFC East. If this current team played in any other division, expect maybe AFC North, we'd win 12-13 games.

I didn't miss a thing. Let me put it this way, you wanna bet the released schedule is different? I would.

i dunno if i should believe this, its still going to be a long time before they announce the schedule i thought

Every year an "early" release of a schedule comes out. NFL has always done a real good job of protecting the schedule release. And any "early" releases I have ever seen have always been wrong.

Yes, the NFL said the full schedule will beleased in April. I am skeptical of this one. If this is out, where are the other teams, certainly someone will have those also, and then it would be posted eveywhere.

Usually MNF limits max of 3, and max of 6 Nationally televised games for a team. I think we get 2 MNF, 1 SNF, the dead bird day game as usual, and 2 FOX Sunday games. If the Thanksgiving day game is an exception to the rule, then we get 3 MNF games. Just my opinion.
