I dont care if the guy has won a Superbowl or not.

Hes took some horrible Quarterbacks and single handedly turned them into Pro Bowlers and got them paid.

When Moss wants to play he is the most unstopable player in the Entire NFL.

With or without a Super Bowl.

This guy is the best of the best when he is motivated and absolutely positively not any Cowboy fan with any sort of memory wants to see this guy twice a season.

The part in bold is a little scary. We can't have guys taking plays off. We already have a discipline/penalty problem. We don't need Moss doing a Patrick Crayton impersonation at critical times. That being said, if we can sign Moss and he comes here motivated, I believe he and TO could co-exist and it would be EVERYBODY ELSE'S PROBLEM that he signed with us, not ours. I even think the money can be worked out to make both guys happy. I wouldn't be upset if he comes here, especially to keep him away from the rest of division.

Horrible QBs? I wouldn't call Culpepper horrible.

Thats the thing, hes gotta be motivated. He was motivated to play when he was on the patriots because he only had a 1 year contract, and needed to have a good season to get the big $$$.

Now hes gonna get that.

He really tore it up with the Raiders and really turned those horrible QBs into Pro Bowlers. I remember Aaron Brooks just tearing it up in the pro bowl in 2005.

It's almost funny how folks can talk about the guy like he's a human highlight reel. Unstoppable players arent scared to attack the middle of the field out of fear of getting popped by a safety. Unstoppable players dont get taken out of the game when getting jammed at the LOS.

Dont get me wrong, Randy's one of the best to play the game and probably the best homerun hitter WR ever, but to say his one dimensional style is unstoppable is foolish.

We NEVER can cover Moss (or any Moss for that matter) when playing one.....therefore, I am ready to have one on our side.

funny how between not always trying and his "one dimensional style" he's been the best wr in the nfl since he came into the league

Culpepper is/was horrible.

Without Moss he was nothing. Even in his " best years " when Moss would get injured he would turn into a different QB.

Hes going to go to a team this offseason that is a Superbowl contender so motivation will not be an issue for him.

That being said I dont want him on our team because I straight up dont like the dude.

I have no doubt that the Cowboys would skate their way through the NFC all the way to the Super Bowl with TO and Moss together.

If Moss is really considering leaving New England and Jerry isn't exhausting every attempt to bring him to Dallas, I would have to think Jerry is losing his mind.

This is why I kinda think Moss is hell bent on staying with Brady and the Pats.

And who better to do it with than the Eagles and Cowboys.

I also wouldn't want to see the Iggles get Moss. I think you could probably scratch 2 wins off our 13-3 right off the bat if he comes to Philly.

He beats up on us that much.

Ah so all the guy does is catch long passes?

All 98 of his catches were deep balls?

He may not be the best at "going over the midde" and such but to act like he doesn't do it is borderline stupid.

Its funny how I find myself almost a year later defending Randy Moss on this same message board when I had several people telling me his career was done and wouldn't amount to anything in New England and I dont even like the guy.

You would have to admit TO & Moss teamed together would have to be considered one of the most ( if not the most) prolific WR tandems to ever hit a football field.;)

Of course the question is....could they co-exist on the same team w/out killing each other or the team.:)

I would certainly contemplate giving it a go.

It's not about him not going. He hardly ever does. Just because 1 out of ever 10 plays, he'll hit the middle, it doesnt change the fact that when defenses game plan him, they're looking to be attacked from all over the field. Just vertically deep. With Smith, Harrison, Owens, Wayne, etc. They cover the entire field the entire game. Moss doesnt.

Sorry but he does. Maybe not like those other guys but he does.

You just dont catch that many balls running deep every play.

You dont just fool teams running deep every play.

He isn't a one route receiver.

Who gives a damn what routes he runs 90% of the time?

If he came here and scored half the TDs he scored last year I don't care if they are the result of slants or streaks. Production is production.
