I think there was some rumor going around about him possibly retiring but never seen a link on it so I don't know if it was fan speculation or something more.

Funny thing about the Houck thing now is many were complaining before he left that he needed to go. When he was gone people were wanting back and now that he is here they want him gone again.

I feel bad for Tom Cable, what can you do with JaMarcus Russell, Charlie Frye, and Bruce Gradkowski? There's no building a franchise around that. And McFadden, Fargas, and Bush, that's mediocre at best. Then add to the fact that they've got zero somewhat decent wide receivers, hopefully they've got a future with Heyward-Bey though for their sake. At least there's a top tight end in Zach Miller, but you can't revolve your offense around Zach Miller, especially when you don't have a good QB to throw to him.
