Not only does Dak know that he brings marginally more to the table, but he also knows the team does not respect him.

We know this by all the positive affirmations that the coaches send out to Dak. Owners glowing about what an incredible leader he is and how his star shines so bright.

This team played at a different tune for rush and nobody know it more than Dak. Of course he has the money and the starting job and a great night sleep on his comfy bed, but deep down, Dak knows he’s a below average qb who hoodwinked the cowboys for a lot of money.

The skins just beat the eagles with a backup qb similar to rush and they did it with the same formula we use. Except they have mcclaurin and a dominant defensive line.

lol where the hell do you come up with this? lol. So you know what Dak thinks and his teammates lol or is this your own personal feeling that you attach to all others on the team? lol

It's the Foles/Wentz situation to a lesser degree

We are 5-1 when Dak is on the bench in the last 2 seasons. Dak is overcompensating to try and show he's "the man", but he's just not talented enough to be "the man" and it shows.

It's liking watching someone treat your significant other better and now you're back in the picture failing to impress them while the other guy is just standing there watching.

Dak is ruined just like Wentz is ruined.

I agree with you on Dak. I think he's a glorified Jacoby Brissett. They have to move on from him regardless of other options. You don't pay Jacoby 40M a year. That said, Rush is not the answer and is not better than Dak. Lose the Rush angle here.

This is spot on and the players and coaches know it. It’s too bad he’s got the big contract.

Nobody said rush is better. Where did you get that from?

Nobody who actually watched Rush play is afraid of him taking their job. This is silly. Dak has the organization over a barrel; he knows he just has to play at an average marginal level and the job is his due to the contract. He ain't getting benched. It's the whole reason Rush is the back-up and not someone more competent to lead an NFL offense.

what!? really. you think that...

if you think that's true. I have a bridge in Brooklyn I like to sell you. its a great great great deal. I promise you won't be disappointed.

grow up kid!!!

the defense won games with Rush, the defense got sacks. scored. stopped the run. gave up 17,16,10,10 and the one game they gave up more than 20 we lost with Rush.

So does the defense quit when Dak is back?

This board is a dumpster fire after a loss. I've never seen so many grown people overreact to such an extent.

What a truly embarrassing fan base we have. I hate to be group alongside such pathetic wind bags.

Dak isn't scared. His contract is an aegis against the possibility of losing his job to Rush.
