Tyler started every game last year and stayed at Left Tackle even when Tyron came back. IIRC there was a game or two where he was kicked inside, but Tyron still stayed on the right side.

I would think the team sees him as the future at Left Tackle. What he did as a rookie IMO warrants him the favorite to stay there and have a full offseason to work on his craft.
He started 16 games at LT, before the week 18 game where Biadaz was out and they shuffled him to guard.

The team thought he was the future at Left tackle when they drafted him. I can't see the team reversing their course.

Fair enough. In that case, we probably would need a guard, and I'd have to trade down. Zavala, who I drafted in round 5, is a good prospect, but I don't think he'd be a starter day 1. He's someone who could start a few games in a pinch, but the guard I'd probably go for is Peter Skoronski from Northwestern with my first pick alternative. The problem is that I think he's more of an early-mid 2nd rounder. So, I'd have to trade down from the 1st round spot for him.

I thought Peter was still considered a day 1 pick, but tbh I haven't followed him since before the combine. Is it likely now that he's considered a guard and not a tackle prospect?

Which one? The DE or NT? The DE's name was difficult, and I can't save the link or copy any of the info from PFN, which sucks haha. It makes things harder when the name is hard to spell haha.
The end but reading on him he's really an inside rusher the size of Aaron Donald. Kind of position flex of Odighi & Golston. Which imo 3T is a bigger need than end with Sam Williams in his 2nd year.

True, and he would make a very good 3T. We'd have him and Broderic manning the 3T and NT spots respectively.

Sorry, I was just doing another mock simulation for the fun of it, and I just realised that the guard I meant was Steve Avila. He's the 2nd round guard I was after. Peter is looking like a top 15 pick.
