Crayton: 'strong, solid"

Hurd: "Noodle. No bones in his body."

Austin: "Speed demon. Can catch."

No 85: "He's going to be a good one." But Roy couldn't remember his name, just his number. "He picks up my shoes after practice, that's what I know about him ..."

No it is not. There are 70 plus players on the team and he is a rookie, he doesn't exists until he makes the team and contributes. On a football team there are no entitlements, respect is earned and if 85 keeps it up he will get his just due. Until then, he is a nobody WR trying to make the team.

He was kidding, or not giving credit to the guy on purpose, or temporarily blanked on the name. I've heard other interviews where RW numbered all the temporary WRs, so I think it's something he does to rookies. That, or he's just not very coachable when it comes to remembering names.

Yes, it is. He has like 8 other wide outs in position drills, meetings, etc. EVERDAY. It has shows ogletree hasn't asked him questions really, and that roy hasn't gone out of his way to help the youngster. Knowing a persons name doesn't mean you respect them. Holy crap.

Whether he'll be good or not, Roy saying he's going to be a good one but then not knowing his name and saying that he picks up his shoes and that's all he knows about him?

Maybe it's tough love, but it's not really a ringing endoresement.
