S.H.E.S. Decal

I assume this is for Sandy Hook Elementary School but I just noticed on Dez's helmet a few minutes ago on Foxsports. Are all the teams wearing this decal or is it just a team by team thing? It's right above the "53" decal.

Decal is for Sandy Hook. They just talked about it on the Dolphins/Bills game.
